VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role supports the Enterprise Risk Committee and the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee, coordinating with Senior Management to deliver timely risk reporting.

You will develop agendas, collate materials, produce minutes, and manage meeting schedules while ensuring governance documents are current.

Qualificações

• Solid experience within Automotive finance or banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential for minute taking and production of committee packs.
• Ability to understand multi-threaded arguments and draw clear, concise conclusions.
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication across Senior Management and other stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares agendas for risk committees in consultation with Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees; ensures data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Produces accurate minutes reflecting confidential discussions and decisions.
• Manages committee meeting schedules and annual review of Terms of Reference.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
