Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to support the Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide administration across the risk committees and ERC. You’ll prepare agendas, collate materials, and produce precise minutes reflecting discussions and actions, ensuring timely reporting to senior management and the Board of Management.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Automotive finance or banking sector.
• Minute taking and producing committee packs must be accurate reflections of discussions.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas with relevant Chairs and senior management.
• Collates materials for committees and ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces minutes reflecting confidential discussions and actions.
• Manages risk committees meeting schedules and corporate calendars.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains crisis management documentation and reporting.
