VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework and to support its committees up to Board level.

The role focuses on accurate risk reporting, minute taking, and governance processes, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced automotive finance environment.

Formación

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; minutes must reflect discussions.
• A detailed thinker who can understand multi-threaded arguments and draw concise conclusions.
• Ability to treat confidential conversations and information with discretion.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; attention to detail and communication at all levels of management.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and prepares all committee agendas with senior management input.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; ensures data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produces accurate and comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages meeting schedules and governance calendars for risk committees and ERC.
• Maintains Terms of Reference content and membership for risk committees and ERC.
