Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in complex client-facing operations or vendor management.
• Proven ability to manage staffing or third-party suppliers and hold partners accountable.
• Strong executive presence and client-management skills, with the ability to communicate with demanding stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day program execution across submission, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and activation.
• Coordinate handoffs among suppliers, client stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs, governance, and program processes; maintain data integrity and reporting.
