Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join the Inside Sales Team in Farnborough. You will manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with field sales to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

You will maintain pipeline data in MS Dynamics or similar CRM, participate in weekly forecasts, and contribute to team sales strategies in a fast-paced hybrid setting (3 days in-office).

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal or inside sales, ideally within the Large Enterprise or Public Sector.
• Strong knowledge of B2B tech solutions and Lenovo products.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, particularly MS Dynamics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing Public Sector accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work with Field Account Managers to deliver aligned, end-to-end account strategies.
• Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Lenovo’s full portfolio.
• Configure, price, and negotiate customized solutions based on client needs.
• Drive proactive engagement through regular outreach, virtual meetings, and account updates.
