Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of our data and AI platform across top consumer and distribution accounts in the UK and Ireland. You will map buying centers, build a territory strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close complex deals in a fast-growing cloud software environment.

A track record of exceeding quotas, experience with MEDDPICC, and co-selling with cloud partners is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong closing experience and evidence of exceeding sales quotas.
Sales experience within cloud data and AI software.
Track record of driving consistent high activity to generate, develop & accelerate pipeline.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and playbooks (ICP, territory and account tiering, MEDDPICC, Powerbase and value selling).
Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-growing organisation.
Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based consumption services (SaaS) and co-selling with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud teams.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Databricks across target accounts in the UK and Ireland.
Identify and engage all buying centers to unlock value streams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow existing accounts across a diverse territory.
Map whitespace opportunities and identify viable use cases per account.
Close complex deals through a solution-based approach and value selling.
