Qualifications

• Proven client experience in delivering projects utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints.
• Background in Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM, and customer telephony.
• AI experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify key challenges and business cases.
• Design and implement Marketing and Sales applications.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Conduct assessments of current and target state architectures.
• Define effective technical solutions by collaborating with IT resources.
