A leading telecommunications company in the UK is seeking a candidate to enhance customer experience and manage critical network architecture. Responsibilities include aligning personal goals with account targets, maintaining a solution roadmap, and ensuring successful technical delivery on various accounts. Ideal candidates will have relevant industry qualifications and experience in high availability network services.
Knowledge of design, testing and assurance of highly available networks is required. The holder will be expected to work within regulated environments and should have experience in the preparation and presentation of evidence required to demonstrate design suitability to the appropriate regulators. The key purpose of the role is to enhance the customer experience and drive profitable growth. The EA is the customers Trusted Advisor on technology and design and as such become an integral part of customer's matrix technical leadership team, creating value through the exploitation of technology across complex multiple platforms and/or technology areas.
The holder will demonstrate proficiency and experience in the architecture of systems used for UK Critical National Infrastructure. They will connect the people, process, technology and security domains when designing very high availability network services. The holder is expected to hold industry qualifications appropriate to delivery of complex solutions and delivery programmes for example communications services certifications, project and programme delivery, cyber security and/or service design.
