The Role

Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll manage key accounts within our most prestigious customer base, focusing on retaining and expanding revenue.

You’ll collaborate with teams across Operations, Marketing, Product, and Commercial to deliver tailored solutions that support your clients’ growth strategies and create exceptional customer experiences. If you're ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to :

  • Drive revenue growth by selling a range of converged solutions including voice, UCaaS, CCaaS, data, infrastructure, and complex partner offerings to a defined customer base and new referrals.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders—from C-level executives to operational teams—through consultative engagement, workshops, and strategic account management.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that align with customer business goals, leveraging deep knowledge of the Cisco portfolio, IT channel dynamics, and multi-technology sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product, Commercial) to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Maintain strong commercial discipline by managing accurate forecasts, developing healthy pipelines, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Support team development by mentoring colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
Skills and experience we are looking for
  • Proven experience in managing key client relationships, with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM for account planning, case management, and tracking the sales journey.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of TTBD’s product portfolio and the ability to position solutions effectively within the industry.
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to analyse data, forecast accurately, and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally to enhance service delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Adaptable and organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning and sharing knowledge to support team development and customer engagement.
How you will work

At TalkTalk Business we understand the importance of flexibility and connection in the workplace. That’s why we have adopted a hybrid approach to working. Our aim is for our full time team to spend 3 days a week at our HQ in Soapworks, Salford Quays with the remaining days offering the option to work from home.

However, this opportunity is a field-based opportunity where a majority of your working time will be spent visiting clients on-site. You will be required occasionally to report into the office for Team days.
