The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships across College sites. We are looking for a pro‑active and 'people centred' person with an enthusiastic and empathetic approach to tackling inactivity. The project lead will plan and deliver activities which focus on small, but lifelong lifestyle changes, for our students.
There is a well‑established link between physical activity and mental wellbeing which equips people to cope in their future careers. In addition to designing and planning activities, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the effects on individuals along with improvements, as a result of these life style changes. You will need to be highly organised and be prepared to lead a project extending across College sites, working effectively with a range of College students and staff. You will work on the planning of the project, implement the activities within budget and be responsible for reporting outcomes to the management team. You will be very good at working with a range of people, and be adept and developing strong working relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.
