About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Teach a range of abilities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
  • Collaborate with the English department and wider school staff to support student development.
