About the Role

The college is looking to take on a permanent English Teacher from January on a full-time basis. The successful English teacher will be working directly with students whose ages range from 16 – 19yrs. Most of the young people are diagnosed with Autism / ASC and have other additional needs. The college offers a broad curriculum including GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications in English.

Qualifications

• QTS with English specialism
• Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Experience working with children and young people with additional needs, specifically ASC, SLD, PMLD, ADD, ADHD
