Job summary

A leading tutoring organization in the UK is seeking qualified tutors for English and Maths. This part-time role requires flexibility in scheduling and aims to deliver tailored educational support to students. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Education, strong knowledge of the curriculum, and 2+ years of teaching experience. Job description

£25 - £35 Per hour

  • Deliver high-quality English and Maths tutoring to students
  • Develop tailored lesson plans to meet individual student needs
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback
  • Support students in improving their understanding and performance in English and Maths
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience in teaching English and Maths

  • Demonstrated expertise in English and Maths subject matter
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience in tutoring or mentoring students
  • Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work in a classroom or tutoring centre setting
  • Potential travel to student homes for tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
