Job summary

A prominent engineering services company is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join their well-established team in Croydon. This role focuses on managing shift engineers and ensuring compliance with safety requirements while conducting regular assessments. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience along with qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning. The role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, 25 days of annual leave, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating in an Authorised Person (AP) role.
• Extensive knowledge of Building Services Engineering.
• Full Electrical, Mechanical, or Air Conditioning qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to site-based Authorised Persons (APs).
• Lead, plan, and deliver changes to enhance site performance.
• Ensure all planned preventative maintenance is completed to a high standard.

Skills

Strong supervisory skills

Knowledge of Building Services Engineering

Ability to write and authorise HV switching schedules

Education

HNC/HND level or equivalent
