Job summary

Qualifications

  • Monitor performance and resolve downtime quickly.
  • Mentor and develop the team for full potential.
  • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and maintenance.
  • Manage tool room operations and supplier relationships.
  • Support strategic business goals and capital investment plans.
