Managing Agent requires a Technical Services/Engineering Manager in Central London - Trophy Asset to oversee project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services at a flagship site in the heart of Central London. The site is a mixed-use development comprising Commercial Office space, and responsibilities include dealing with snags, defects, commissioning, etc.

You will be responsible for Building Services, Fabric, and Health & Safety. Duties include:

  1. Manage and review operational procedures and processes
  2. Manage project and fit-out works
  3. Review and manage performance of service partners
  4. Oversee service partners' delivery of day-to-day operations
  5. Oversee design, planning, and execution of project works
  6. Ensure overall site compliance with legislation and statutory requirements

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations team to uphold strict financial operating disciplines, manage service charge expenditure, and ensure all procedures are compliant with legislation and corporate policies.
