Were looking for an Engineering Manager who is passionate about building high-performing empowered teams. Youll lead a group of talented engineers guide them through technical challenges and work closely with Product and Design to deliver customer-focused solutions at scale for a global business.
Youll also take the lead in managing outsourced software development partners ensuring they are aligned with our standards timelines and technical addition youll drive Engineering resource planning budget management and the definition and delivery of SLAs for internally developed systems and services.
This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen people leadership and strategic thinking. Youll play a key role in shaping our Engineering culture scaling our systems and developing the people around you.
