About The Opportunity...

Are you a engineering leader or a seasoned developer ready to step into technical leadership Were seeking an experienced engineer to drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic international environment.

Lead a talented team in designing cutting-edge solutions for both internal and external customers. Youll be the technical visionary ensuring system reliability championing best practices and actively shaping our product roadmap. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic leadership - from mitigating outages to optimizing team processes and advocating for your teams mission across the organization.

As the technical leader of the team :

• Designs and creates new solutions that are widely used either by internal or external customers
• Leads the technical excellence of the system and creates plans to mitigate outages
• Adjust the team processes listening to feedback and guiding the team through changes
• Challenge the architecture and automation processes
• Support the internal organisation of the team
• Be an active participant of the roadmap elaboration alongside the Head of Engineering and the Product team
• Be an advocate of the mission of the team within company

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills
• Ideally 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Experience working in Scrum or similar

Other Requirements

• A strong communication ability both in private and in public
• You are comfortable working in an international team in English
• Also Spanish or French would be a plus.
• Knowledge of business travel will be a real asset
• You know how to be a team player and reliable!
• Sense of humour
