About the role

Engineering Lead - We're working with an amazing scale-up who raised a very impressive Series B round earlier in 2025. They are building an AI-SaaS platform that's redefining sector and have experienced explosive growth over the past year tripling their ARR. They are scaling their Engineering team to match the ambition of their product and customers.

Your responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Engineers while staying deeply technical
• Contribute across the stack (React, Node.js/Typescript, GCP) with Back End experience highly valued
• Shape and deliver high-quality features that scale with thousands of customers
• Advocate for engineering best practices and help raise the technical bar
• Collaborate with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences
