25 hours per week (flexible to meet the needs of the role)

Funded up to September 2026, at which stage the role will be reviewed further.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting, training, and supervising new volunteers/students/other employees.
• Developing and coordinating an up-to-date database of volunteers/students’ information, availability, and skills.
• Identifying and implementing engagement initiatives such as Network meetings, outreach programmes, e-mails etc.
• Keeping new and existing volunteers/students informed about the organisation and volunteer opportunities.
• Matching volunteers/students to opportunities that suit their skill sets, and ensuring they understand their responsibilities and receive the relevant training.
• Organising training and leading on-the-job training.
• Mapping local support and services, identifying gaps whilst capturing the voice of local family’s needs and wants.
• Preparing codes of conduct and operating procedures to uphold Just Family CIC values.
• Ensuring Just Family CIC purpose is conveyed to the public.

Due to the nature of the organisation, there may be additional duties and responsibilities required in addition to these above.
