This is a rare opportunity to work on a fully modernized, high-automation environment from the ground up, defining best practices and shaping the future of scalable End-User Computing (EUC) solutions.

You will be working with industry leading technologies, leveraging Windows, VMware, Ansible, Terraform, and advanced scripting to build a next-generation platform that prioritizes efficiency, security, and innovation.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain end-user computing standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage and maintain NetIQ User Provisioning.
• Design and implement VMware Horizon-based solutions, including VDI and application virtualisation, to meet business requirements.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance in end-user computing environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration of end user computing solutions.

What you will bring:

• Expertise in VMware Horizon & Unified Access Gateway (UAG).
• Proficiency in Dynamic Environment Manager (DEM) & App Volumes.
• Deep understanding of Windows 11, including CIS L2 policies & base/gold image deployments.
• It would be great if you had:
• Experience with NetIQ Identity & Access Management.
• Strong PowerShell & automation skills.
• Knowledge of Security Best Practices / Secure by Design principles.
• VMware-related certifications.
