Altogether Care is seeking a Reablement Worker to support clients in their own homes across the South Devon area. The role focuses on enabling independence, confidence and choice, with a person-centred approach and emphasis on empowerment.

Competitive pay (£13.80–£14.30 per hour), permanent contracts, induction, training and progression opportunities, plus mileage allowance and wellbeing benefits. Weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle.
• Experience within reablement work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals and identify steps to achieve them.
• Support clients to build skills for daily living and independence.
• Provide person-centred care in clients' homes with dignity and respect.
• Maintain records and communicate progress to the care team.
