Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers to provide support in clients' own homes across South Devon, helping people regain independence and confidence. You’ll work closely with clients, families and professionals, encouraging choice, dignity and control in daily living.

We offer varied shift patterns, full-time or part-time, with weekend work as needed. Competitive pay £13.80–£14.30 per hour, a permanent contract, and funded induction plus ongoing training to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience within reablement work.

Responsibilities

• Help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living.
• Set meaningful goals with clients and identify steps to achieve them.
• Provide care and support with personal activities while promoting dignity and choice.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress.
