Altogether Care Llp in South Devon is hiring Reablement Workers to help people regain independence in their own homes. Shifts include morning, evening, and weekend options with full or part-time contracts.

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required to travel between clients. Competitive pay of £13.80–£14.30 per hour, induction and ongoing training, pension, wellbeing support and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in reablement work is welcome but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help people regain independence in daily living.
• Support clients in developing skills for independent living.
• Provide physical and emotional support while encouraging participation in daily tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress and safeguarding concerns.
