Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Reablement Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across North Devon. You will help clients regain independence, set goals, and develop skills, with training provided. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to reach clients in the community.

The role offers flexible shifts (full-time/part-time) with weekend availability, a competitive hourly rate, and opportunities for career development within a supportive, family-run organisation.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience within reablement work or care is required/advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful goals and identify steps to achieve them.
• Support clients to develop skills and confidence for independent living.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities with dignity and choice.
• Maintain records and update notes on mobile care apps.
• Report safeguarding concerns per policies and procedures.
