Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers to provide in-home support across South Devon, helping clients regain independence with compassionate, person-centred care. Permanent contracts, training, and progression opportunities are offered.

Roles include morning/evening/weekend shifts with flexible patterns; driving is required. The organisation emphasises wellbeing, safeguarding, and supportive teamwork in a family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Compassionate, proactive attitude and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set meaningful goals with clients and identify steps to achieve them.
• Help clients develop skills and confidence to live independently.
• Rebuild skills and confidence in personal care and daily activities with dignity and choice.
• Provide physical and emotional support and encourage participation in daily tasks.
• Monitor progress and report when independence is achieved.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and follow policies accordingly.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, colleagues and professionals.
• Keep accurate records using the mobile care app.
• Explain actions to clients during care delivery.
• Uphold safe working practices in line with company standards.
