Altogether Care is seeking Reablement Workers in the Totnes area of South Devon. You’ll support clients in their homes, helping them regain independence and confidence, with flexible morning/ evening and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required; access to own vehicle preferred.
• Experience in reablement or care is advantageous, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in their own homes to regain independence and confidence.
• Work across mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress using mobile care apps.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver person-centred care.
