Job summary

Altogether Care is hiring Reablement Workers across North Devon. You’ll visit clients in their own homes to help them regain independence, supporting daily living with dignity and choice.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time shifts, including every other weekend, and a permanent contract with competitive hourly pay. We welcome energetic, compassionate individuals, with full training provided and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle are required.
• Experience in reablement or care is welcome but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help clients regain independence and confidence in daily living at home.
• Set meaningful goals with clients and support steps to achieve them.
• Provide physical and emotional support while encouraging participation in daily activities.
