Employment Solicitor – Norwich

Leading Norfolk firm seeks an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level) to join their team in the centre of Norwich.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice to clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Deal with a broad range of clients including individuals, local businesses, national professional service networks, multi‑national corporations and PLCs
  • Work across multiple sectors, including numerous national sporting governing bodies, global facilities management providers, football clubs and Formula 1 teams, country estates, luxury car dealerships, high net‑worth individuals, architects and independent schools
  • Draft legal documents including employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
About you
  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Previous experience in private practice is desirable
  • Strong understanding of both contentious and non‑contentious employment law
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
