The role

You will join a busy and ambitious team which works across a high-calibre client portfolio, in a range of sectors including logistics, mobility, technology/AI, energy & infrastructure, living and retail. You will have opportunity to become centrally involved in the development and management of key client relationships. Mentoring and developing junior lawyers will also be a vital part of your role.

The team

Our national employment team is part of our People and Reward team, a wider national network of employment, immigration and pension lawyers, which will give you great scope to develop your network and range of skills.

The team is widely respected for providing an excellent service, providing pragmatic and timely legal advice to its highly regarded client base. We primarily work with employer clients on a wide mix of both contentious and non-contentious matters. Experience in complex employment litigation and/or senior-level corporate support work is preferred.

The individual would be part of the South region employment team, based in one of our offices in Southampton, Nottingham, Milton Keynes or Thames Valley.
