I’m partnering with my client , a leading international firm, to recruit a Senior Associate for their London Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a high-calibre workload, strong cross-border exposure, and a supportive environment where progression is genuinely encouraged.

About the Role
  • Advise major multinational clients on the full spectrum of employment law matters
  • Manage Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation, including complex multi-day hearings
  • Lead on employment aspects of M&A, TUPE transfers, outsourcing and restructuring projects
  • Work closely with corporate teams on strategic and cross-border matters
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development where appropriate
