Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join its Edinburgh or Glasgow team. The role involves advising high-profile commercial clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, as part of a top-ranked, collaborative UK Employment group.

The role also includes regular involvement in cross-border matters within the firm’s global network. You’ll enjoy variety, responsibility, and strong development opportunities, supported by structured training and mentoring.

The ideal candidate will have between 3–6 years’ PQE and experience in both contentious and non-contentious work. You’ll bring the enthusiasm and ambition to help our thriving, energetic, and team-oriented group continue to grow.

This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a forward-thinking legal environment, with hybrid working and a range of benefits.
