Job description
The Role:
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload of employment matters to include disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, Employment Tribunal litigation and drafting contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
  • You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.

Skills Required:
