As an employee relations coordinator, you ll play a vital role in supporting our people team to deliver a proactive and people-focused ER service. You ll help managers and employees navigate sensitive situations, ensuring processes run smoothly and fairly. This role is all about attention to detail, empathy, and building confidence in how we handle people issues.

You ll be part of creating a positive workplace culture helping us resolve challenges quickly and professionally while ensuring compliance and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ER case management: Assist with managing ER cases from start to finish, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
  • Assist with investigations: Gather information, prepare documentation, and support investigators to ensure fair and compliant processes.
  • Keep things organised: Maintain case management systems, track progress, and help prepare reports for leadership.
  • Communicate clearly: Provide empathetic and professional support to managers and employees during ER processes.
  • Help build capability: Support ER training sessions for managers and collect feedback to improve future sessions.
  • Ensure compliance: Help the team follow employment law and company policies, reducing risk and protecting the organisation.
