A leading luxury department store in Greater London is seeking an Employee Relations Assistant Manager. This role involves leading a team of ER Advisors and managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance issues. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee relations, a solid understanding of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a hybrid working model with at least three days on-site, providing an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The Employee Relations team at Harrods are hiring for an exciting opportunity in their team for an Employee Relations Assistant Manager.
As an Employee Relations Assistant Manager, you’ll lead a team of seven ER Advisors, guiding them through complex casework and ensuring high standards across all employee relations matters. You’ll be the go-to expert for sensitive and high-risk cases, deputising for the ER Manager when needed, and shaping policies that keep us ahead of best practice.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
