Job summary

ABM UK is hiring an HR Adviser based at Manchester Airport, with responsibility for employee relations support in a busy, operational environment. The role involves advising managers, logging ER cases, and ensuring alignment with ACAS and company policies.

You will join a small, high-performing HR team, with opportunities to contribute to projects and continuous improvement while developing as an HR professional.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience; CIPD Level 3 preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for managers on employee relations matters.
• Log and update ER cases for reporting; file documents and letters.
• Ensure ER matters are handled fairly and in line with ACAS and policy.
• Draft letters as required in line with policy.
• Support training on employee relations.
• Assist with payroll queries and data for audits.
