This is an initial 3‑month fixed‑term contract with the potential to extend. We are looking for someone who is confident handling a range of employee relations matters and can hit the ground running.
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will deliver high‑quality, timely guidance across a broad range of employee relations issues. You will partner closely with leaders and managers to champion a people‑first approach while ensuring full compliance with employment legislation.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, as travel between sites will be required.
