Job summary

Employee Relations Advisor Vacancy Available

Salary:£28,000 - £30,000 per year

Venn Group are currently working with an organisation based in Leeds who are looking to bring in an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis. As a part of the package, this organisation is offering a CIPD level 5 fully funded apprenticeship to the successful candidate.

Ideal candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing an operationally focused HR service by providing advice, support and managing employee relations cases
  • Resolving challenging situations whilst driving best fit and ensuring compliance with all company procedures, policies, and employment legislation
  • Working closely with Key stakeholders across the business and advise them on current legislation, help identify risk and offer solutions
  • Providing HR guidance, support and expertise to managers and employees in line with policy, practice and legislation
  • Acting as facilitator with managers with Employee Relations Cases e.g. grievance, disciplinary, absence and capability investigations and hearings developing their capabilities and skills around people management
Successful candidate must:
  • Have 1-3 years of ER experience
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
