A leading employee benefits consultancy is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant in Preston. You will manage client portfolios and identify new business opportunities while supporting existing relationships. The role offers flexibility with remote working, requiring office attendance once a month. Ideal candidates have prior experience in Employee Benefits and strong sales skills. Excellent progression opportunities are available.

Employee Benefits Consultant

We are currently working with a leading employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Associate Consultant & Consultant to join their small business solutions team. This is a fantastic time to join this organization, and as they continue to evolve and develop, there are significant opportunities for progression within the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients consulting across PMI and/or Group Risk schemes.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new business (cross & up selling).
  • Be the first point of contact for all of your clients.
  • Must have prior Employee Benefits experience.
  • Effectively manage client relationships.

This role can be remote with the expectation of attending an office at least once per month.
