Job summary
Glanua is seeking a Process Engineer for the Process & Hydraulic Engineering discipline in the UK & Ireland. You will support robust engineering design solutions from concept through construction, commissioning and operations within a multi-disciplinary team.
The role focuses on Process, Mechanical and Hydraulic Design, coordinating with MEICA, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil teams to produce integrated designs, P&IDs, flow sheets and construction deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Water/Wastewater, Environmental, or Process Engineering or closely related discipline.
- Up to 2 years' relevant experience in water/wastewater or process engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop process and hydraulic calculations and deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophies).
- Coordinate interfaces across MEICA disciplines to create integrated designs.
- Produce design deliverables including, site layouts, P&IDs, PFDs, equipment specs, and life-cycle assessments.
- Support design reviews, constructability assessments and design assurance activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure design intent and programme adherence.
