Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Senior Process & Hydraulic Design Engineer to join the UK team on a permanent, on-site basis. You will deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through to construction and commissioning, taking ownership of robust design solutions.

You will collaborate with MEICA, Digital, and client teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to multi-disciplinary project delivery across Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in process and hydraulic engineering, design calculations and equipment selection.
• Ability to develop technical assessments, review proposals and validate designs.
• Experience coordinating across MEICA disciplines and large multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design packages and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Develop P&IDs, PFDs and hydraulic calculations.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers within the team.
• Support design reviews, HAZOPs and constructability workshops.
• Ensure design outputs meet client specifications and standards.
