Job summary

DevRev is seeking an EMEA Lead – Sales Engineering to lead and grow our SE team across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. The role blends people leadership with technical excellence, guiding demos, PoCs, and proposals in collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

You will drive regional strategy, enable partners, and build reusable assets, while ensuring a high‑quality technical experience across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience managing a distributed SE/technical pre‑sales team.
• Strong track record in scaling and developing top performers.
• Experience across multiple EMEA markets with fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and grow a distributed SE team across EMEA markets.
• Manage capacity and coverage for deals, time zones, and forecasts.
• Own SE strategy and execution to grow pipeline and revenue.
