Job summary

Sanity.io is seeking a seasoned leader to own and grow the Solution Engineering function across EMEA. You will hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team, steering discovery, demos, POVs, and security reviews to win high-value deals.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing while maintaining rigorous forecasting and pipeline hygiene. A deep technical background and experience selling API-first, headless platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or leading a Solutions Engineering / Presales team in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical foundation: APIs, data models, front-end frameworks, integrations.
• Track record of coaching and consistent execution of presales processes.
