Job summary

Siemens Industry Software GmbH is seeking an EMEA Service Delivery Lead within Global Engineering Services. This regional leadership role delivers end-to-end engineering support across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring service quality and regional consistency.

The Senior Manager will directly lead EMEA SD Managers, drive GOE-aligned processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful regional transformations and programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regional teams across multiple countries in EMEA.
• Strong ITIL-based service delivery and governance.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Broad knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure.
• Experience with SDLC and CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of SD Managers across EMEA.
• Own regional SLO/SLA performance; ensure targets are met, tracked, and reported.
• Drive operational consistency across EMEA aligned to GOE processes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for EMEA service issues and incidents.
• Coordinate regional deployments and platform changes; manage project status and risks.
