Verkada is hiring for a Solutions Engineering leader to join our EMEA HQ in London. Lead a high‑performing SE team across Europe, coach others, and own cross‑functional collaboration with sales, product, and marketing.

The role requires a proven technical leader with a track record of building programs and working in fast‑paced environments. On‑site five days a week in London is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentals.
• Proven track record leading sales engineering teams.
• Experience building programs and driving high-impact projects.
• Based full-time onsite in our London office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high‑performing Solution Engineering team across Europe.
• Provide technical coaching, mentor, and resolve escalations for complex solutions.
• Identify gaps and build programs and processes to support the SE team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, support, enablement, and marketing.
• Develop and grow the team’s skills through coaching and enablement.
• Travel up to 25%.
