Job summary

Redline Group Ltd, on behalf of a global technology business, is hiring a Sales & Marketing Project Manager - EMEA in the UK. The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management and Marketing across Europe and internationally to drive data-driven commercial improvements and go-to-market activity.

You will lead cross-functional projects, align regional teams, optimise lead management and customer experience, and use CRM, marketing automation and analytics to boost growth.

Qualifications

• PMO or project management experience in Sales/Marketing or Business Development.
• Cross-functional project delivery experience across Sales, Product and Marketing.
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce) and lead management or digital marketing tools.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, segmentation and forecasting.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional Sales, Marketing and Product Management projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver growth initiatives.
• Support initiatives to improve lead management and conversion rates.
• Align regional sales, product management and marketing functions.
• Implement data-driven customer and market analytics to optimise go-to-market.
• Leverage CRM, marketing automation and digital platforms for visibility.
• Track milestones, risks and actions; report to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales and marketing processes.
• Coordinate with international teams to deliver measurable improvements.
• Support the global transformation of Sales & Product Marketing.
