Responsibilities

  • Build long-term partnerships with owners, operators, shipbuilders, defence contractors, and government entities.
  • Manage pipeline and performance through Salesforce, leveraging data to improve win rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial and delivery strategies.
  • Mentor and develop talent, creating succession pathways for future leaders.
  • Represent the company externally, building credibility in the Marine sector.
