Job Title: EMEA Sales Manager – Fasteners

Salary: £45-50k Basic + 20% Bonus + car + benefits

Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement competitive sales strategies to achieve core business growth objectives through the leadership of a dedicated and motivated Sales team.
  • Provide direction for market segments, establishing clear goals, strategies and initiatives, and drive changes to meet divisional financial and non-financial metrics.
  • Focus on employee sales training and account management to maximise performance.
  • Be responsible for attaining plan objectives for the Fasteners EMEA business.
