Job summary

Genetec Inc. is seeking a Dedicated Support Engineer to partner with enterprise clients across the EMEA region.

You will deliver expert technical support and hands-on training for Genetec security platforms, while coordinating with R&D to stay on the cutting edge of solutions. You will travel across Europe for on-site missions, perform routine system assessments, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent team player who thrives in collaborative environments and fosters open internal communication.
• Fluent in English; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities
