Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Quota Management Analyst to support the planning, governance and optimisation of sales quotas across the EMEA region. The role collaborates with Sales Operations, Finance and IT to maintain Anaplan data, run tests and deliver actionable quota analytics.

The position combines governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid UK-based environment, with a clear emphasis on data accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience supporting quota management or incentive processes.
• Proficiency with Anaplan (testing, administration and user support).
• Excellent Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer governance of sales quotas across the EMEA sales organisation.
• Maintain quota updates, territory changes, and data integrity in Anaplan.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and releases.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and IT to resolve issues and support system development.
• Develop and deliver quota-related reporting and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
